Every time I read a paper - there is always a report that someone was killed or injured on the road?
The cause? Well - those copped by speed cams who pay up their fines and know they are being scammed and conned are not the ones having or causing these accidents.

Bolton's paper headlined with yet another. Two sisters - aged 7 and 5 years were hit as they played on the pavement outside their home. Fortunately, their injuries are not life threatening but the driver failed to stop.

Police do know who the prime suspects are. They arrest these types over and over for nicking cars, driving without licences.. and when something like this happens - they must round them up for questioning. Perhaps the courts should lock these up, tag them - because these are the ones causing the accidents and speed cams do not deter or prevent the accidents these idiots cause.
More police presence and risk of being copped actually at it... Now there's a novel idea to reduce the casualties these people cause. I'd bet we'd see the real figures proving that cops and not cams work!
In this case - paper does report that two men have been "arrested on suspicion" and already have allegedly several driving offences in their history.
