Hi there, back in february i got flashed for the first time. It arrived at my MOTHERS house where my DVLA details are. But i live in stockport, i moved from the midlands to here. Anyway i paid the fine and got the points, but i filled out the back of the NIP saying i changed my address, so that my licence could be sent back (with the points) directly to me.

So about a month a go i got flashed gain :(, ive moved once again to another house in stockport. My mother says no letters have arrived for me but will they send the fine to my old stockport address?

They'll send the NIP to the registered keeper's address, essentially whatever the V5C says.

You need to be careful as it is an offence to fail to declare a change of address to the DVLA. They could potentially also prosecute you for this.

Sorry for being a noob, but what is a v5?
If its the paper licence then its addressed to my parent house....so it hasn't arrived.

The V5 is the vehicle registration document, which shows the registered keeper and their address.

As others said -might be a good time to correct the addresses - the V5 is free and from memory so is the ammendment to your driving licence -
