I have just sent an e-mail to the County Council.. chiefexecs@leics.gov.uk

Asking for an explanation for the 14% increase in road deaths in Leicestershire in 2004. This puts us back to the fatality rate we had in 2001.

This is inspite of the claims that the SCP is cutting casualties.

I suggest anyone else who is a resident does the same.

I await their responce with interest.
