Just had a look at the Leicester Constabulary Road Safety web site

Road deaths 2003....56
Road deaths 2004....64

They were smug about the reductions from 02 to 03...all down to the SCP according to them. I will make them eat their words.

Jan2005 the same as jan2004

2004 the same figure as 2001, pre-SCP

Time to write to the local paper I think!
