I think there needs to be one that strongly emphasises the SafeSpeed message of "never exceed the safe speed for the circumstances". It's an important message that ought to be an area of common ground between us and the scam fans. Having established that it's important for drivers to remain within the safe speed for the conditions the factsheet can then go into all the reasons why the scams and current policies do little or nothing for this.
It might also be worth having one about the pre-scam days and how we ended up with the world's safest roads with the three Es and not a scamera to be seen? Contrast with the safety record of scammed up Britain...
.
Oh, and I think the stuff on
http://www.safespeed.org.uk/rules.html about scam placement is a corker and may deserve a sheet all to itself. Worth having to mail out to local journos when they run some "local residents demand camera" article.
