We often see one of the stated aims of scamera partnerships is to make speeding as unsociable as drink driving and speed limit compliance as common as seat belt wearing.

However, how long after the drink driving and seat belt campaigns came about before we started to see widespread conformance?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't 13 YEARS!

Is there a timetable for these aims and how are they measuring them?

How about "we aim to make speeding fines as common as income tax"
