Translated as " those spots where we can rake in yet more cash without bothering (too much)about the ACPO guidlines"
Like the tales from Warks -- the hedge seems a favourite spot( especially when it sort of blends in with the "high viz", or the purpose built mini laybye just inside the limit.

Looks like a load of spin or abuse of the 15% rule...

Perhaps someone in west mercia would like to get the same agreement I got from surrey to publish all their 15% sites.

As a result some of the sites seem to have had significant reduction in camera time!.

Isn't this the county where a policeman "honed his skills" at 159 mph - and was let off by the local judge? And the same county where a cyclist was prosecuted (by the same judge, having been stopped by the police) for daring to use the road when there was an (unsafe, glass strewn) cycle path available?

I must remember to steer clear of this fascist state. :twisted:
