I'm very well quoted regarding 'black boxes' for cars, planned for sale later this year for £260 or so.

I said it was tragic that this sort of technology would actually reinforce the blame culture - when if we want safer roads we need to do things rather differently - as they do after marine, aviation and industrial accidents.
