How is the 70 limit enforced?

I think that must be 70ft/Hr! (if you are lucky!)

My Jaw dropped seeing these photos, death by privation must be quite common! (just think what it is like in the winter! !)

When the shots of the same road appeared on the Pajero Owners Club site, several expressed a desire to go over there and play! However, on a more serious note, unsealed Siberian roads are much better in winter because the mud freezes and so seals the surface. If "Long Way Round" is to be believed, several stretches of Siberian roads are only passable in Winter!
