Probably one that will get flames from the C+ lurkers but ....

I was watching Miami Ink, a tattoo based reality show for those who haven't seen it, when a company called Doc's Choppers was featured as they requested Darren Brass provide some artwork. Note that each chopper is individually made in various styles and is tailored to your arm and leg length.

I wished someone had made these when I was a kid instead of having to put up with the deathtrap known as the Raleigh Chopper.

If they had made them then. You would not have got a look in if they attracted the same type of women as are in the pics :happydevil:

My middle daughter has a Honda Scooter, done nearly 11,000 miles on it in the past 2 years...at a maximum of 30 mph..... :o Now thats commitment.

My youngest currently has a Raleigh Chopper. She is 15.

I bought road legal 50cc chopper currently stripped down and in the process of being customised for her 16th birthday when she takes her CBT.

Both kids love motorcycles, and the motorcycle culture. The older one prefers sports bikes (a Rossi fan) while the youngest is an old school chopper fanatic (A fan if the late Indian Larry's work).

In Coventry last year an estimated £60,000 worth of bikes were crushed under the "mini-moto" laws. I suggested to a bike cop at our local forum meeting that the money would be better spent perhaps setting up somewhere for the kids to ride legally and cheaply. instead of crushing the bikes, sort them out and use them for training and kids to hire. if classes were set up at colleges, disruptive school kids could be sent on a course to restore, repair, maintain the bikes. that would stop kids getting bored then making a nuisance of themselves, give them skills for life,,,,,I could go on and on about the benefits and the more I think about it, the fewer negatives I find, obsticles perhaps but they can be overcome with more determination than local council and colleges have shown so far.

I agree 100%.

I do not like to see mini-motos in public streets but there should be places to go to ride them.

It took years before the authorities realised it was better to build skateboard parks than keep trying to outlaw the activity.

The trouble is that anything that has an engine in it is seen to be the work of satan.... and should be banned.
