Depends...was there a speed limit sign within the correct distance of the camera? Was there a camera warning sign, also within the prescribed distance, and with a black border? Were both signs visible and unobscured? Was the speed limit sign as per usual, ie a white circle, edged with red, or a dot matrix in white/yellow light?
