request pix to help id driver, this will not normally extend the 28 reply period though. Never ask for evidence.
On receipt of pix, if before the 28 day window expires. Examine and decide your course of action be it filling out the nip or pace.
If you are using pace send it signed for next day delivery on the 26th or 27th day of the reply window
