listening to real radio today. the discussion was about men not being able to use washing machines. the 2 presenters (Robin and Cat) were there with the producer (Baz) and a female news reader. Robin and Baz both admitted that they cant use one and protested that no man in Scotland can use one. i replyed via txt

Robin: is there any men who can use one?
Cat: yes, loads (reads out a list of names)
Robin: are there any who cant?
Cat: Scanny the trucker *everybody laughed*

I could think of worse....
How about being featured on the front cover of your local newspaper, with the heading: "Ten Wheels on My Wagon"?

I was just a youth, and riding a motorcycle at the time, with a pillion.
I was stopped and charged with failing to have proper control of my vehicle - even though no offence had been committed, other than the officers opinion, and I stopped the bike quicker than the patrol car could pull up, and maintained it balanced, WITH the young lady still perched on the back.

I'll let you try and work out why - Kendalian might know already!

I found copies of that article pinned up on noticeboards in Keswick, Scarborough and Blackpool - its amazing how far the Westmorland Gazette travels!!
