Hi there,
wondered if you could help me..I'll explain the scenario.

Driving past a speed camera I drive past loads (going to and fro work etc) Stupidly I was doing 39 in a 30 (I'm at fault I agree)
The Camera flashed as I was driving towards the camera, is this allowed? Will it have got me?

Guidance and advice gratefully received please...it happened at about 20.45 tonight....

Yes. There is little regard given to the effect of flashing a bright light into the face of drivers.

Depends on the type of camera.

Traditional Gatso, no.

Truvelo or other front facing type, maybe.
