My personal openion is that it seems unjust that I did speeding probably once in 3-4 years and caught for the first time and on same road I see 100s of cars speeding on daily basis and they are not caught. It can be a bad luck but it also adds frustration against the system that all offenders are not equally treated.

It also proves that it is, in fact, just another revenue-generating exercise, as if it was truly dangerous, TPTB would find other methods of slowing these '100s of cars' down, don't you think?
