Hi, I was caught speeding in Leicester City centre doing 41 in a 30 on a long wide road that wasn't busy. I have just filled out my NIP and am waiting for what they dish out to me.

Problem is, I went down the same road 1 week later, and of course was unaware at the time that I had been caught 1 week before. Now I am crossing my fingers that I wont be done again (2nd Fine)

Does anyone know how the system works on this one, I would have thought that I wouldn't have had chance to learn from my first mistake 1 week before and therefore they should just caution me for the 2nd one (If it happens)

It was one of those twin lens camera's that has a red lens on one and clear on the other.

Any idea's please?

I'm sorry but common sense does not apply to speed camera prosecutions.
