Please feel free to express your feelings here. I am sure Claire will appreciate them.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I've not been on here very much recently and was stunned to read this bit of news.

Paul and I may not have agreed about very much but he had my utmost respect for making a stand about what he passionately believed in.

Rest In Peace Paul.

Andy

Sad, gutted in fact. Extremely dissapointed that we never met, I am sure we could have spent many a long hour discussing things that don't communicate properly through an internet forum.

My deepest condolences to Claire and his family.

It's strange how you feel that you know someone well via a chat forum whom you have never met face-to-face .

Many condolences from me on your (and our) sad loss.

Words fail me I’m afraid, a great lose to our society and a true fighter. RIP Paul, and my deepest sympathy to Claire and family members.

My heart goes out to you Claire.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul. He was a man who clearly had passion for his work and the commitment to follow it through. I don’t think anyone else could have run the campaign any better.

Paul and Claire had to make sacrifices to help keep the campaign going.
Claire, I’m happy to continue with my subscription to help support you through this difficult time.

You’ll be greatly missed Paul.

For once I haven't many words and although I've only spoken with Paul a few times on the phone, i'm quite choked actually. Paul's a brave man who stood up for what he believed in, the best memorial to him i'm quite sure, is to keep his work and SafeSpeed going.

Condolences to Paul's family.

I'm stunned. I never really got to know Paul but I know that he will be sorely missed by everyone. My condolences to all that are close to him.

A sad day for road safety.

Shocked and deeply saddened. This is going to take a while to sink in. Like others here I felt I knew Paul so well despite never having met him. If there were more people like Paul then the world would be a much better place.

My condolences Claire.

I don't know what to say - I'm shocked and deeply saddened by this terrible news.

My deepest condolences to Claire and the rest of his family and close friends. A strong and wise man who will be sadly missed.

Shocked to see this, and my sympathies are with his family during this hard time.

As bombus said, the world would be a better place with more people like Paul
