This time Lancashire Speed Awareness Courses come under investigation after making a profit of over £157,000!!! This despite police claims that NOBODY MAKES A PROFIT from these courses!!!

Perhaps this is not a profit but a TIP for the bubbly at the shareholders meeting!!!!
Lancashire Police, Lancashire County Council, & The Road safety Partnership have been under investigation for over 3 months for financial irregularities by The Independent Monitor for Finance to the Lancashire Police Authority. I will keep you informed!!!!

I think we are right when we point out that the speed cams are targetting the normally safe blippers but doing little to prevent thehard core blatters
