what do you lot reckon to this car? the T5 has always been a legend but as that is normally based on speed, i want to know what they are like to live with, in particular i am interested in reliability. can anyone help please?

T5's are generally great cars, quite often thrashed though.

Seems a low price even for the high miles, check the head gasket isn't on the way out and they've decided to get shut!

that would be just my luck
rover 214 which had a reputation for head gaskets going but mine never did
supra turbo with a suspected head gasket on its way
now the car i really quite fancy may have a head gasket problem

are there any head gasket proof cars around?

it does seem odd to state that it is not an ex police car as if an ex police car would put people off. i would rather it was myself. high miles dont worry me but at least it would be well maintained

forget the volvo. i have found the car i am going to see tomorrow. pure luck finding this bargain. looks like it needs a little TLC but i know these cars and i can see me owning this one very soon
