It is most likely the police who are setting this operation up as the safety cameravans are operated by the police and police staff, all police.

I would rather the drivers were checked as routine for no insurance/legality to drive by the way as statistically these are the most dangerous.

I read it 6 month ago. so will have to hunt the archives to reproduce the German lingo source. I did not think it very much so newsworthy at the time .. else I would have posted link. BUT ..I am saying they warn of monitoring. It make folk "sit up on alert"
