Paul

Did you ever get any response to your letter to Kimber? In the light of today's news it might be prudent to give a tug, do you think?

Nope. No reply from Kimber. I will try chasing it, but it'd be great if half a dozen folk from here abouts wrote to him asking for a reply, or a reason for his non-reply.

How about it guys? Address details are on the web page.

Sent a letter a fortnight ago. got a response today. Needless to say no answers were in the reply.

Drafting a rejoinder now. However, I was referred to a 2002 report on the web. It is several tens of pages.

http://www.parliament.the-stationery-office.co.uk/pa/cm200102/cmselect/cmtlgr/557/557.pdf

I've just skim-read it in 5 mins. First impressions are it is 80110CK5. More later.

Isn't it depressing? What the hell is going on with science? (as if we didn't know).

Yeah. False assumptions abound. I got about half way through it. Funny- I don't think I've seen it before. Why's that then?

Follow-up sent as of today (sorry for delay - been wayyyy too busy to write letters!).

If he rebuts I won't go further. If he doesn't reply I will. If he engages, I'll let you know.

Did anyone else chase him up out of interest?
