You must admit your first post is overly provocative. Let's see where this takes us.

'The data' is indeed all on this site. The following page is a great place to start RTTM (click), please do read it.
This shows one of several significant confounding factors regarding the method of enforcement (speed cameras) which has displaced what this campaign calls for (that being real trafpol). The RTTM effect has been proven; the safety camera partnerships are (still) massively over-exaggerating their claims - you don't need peer review to realise that (if you are open-minded enough to listen to the opposing argument).

I should point out this campaign calls for speed limits and enforcement of them where exceeding them causes danger - with trafpol, not cameras.

Proven how?? the origional post pointed out the lack of any REAL scientific proof for many of the claims, made on the site.

The three year study (the only one of its kind) quoted within the "The National Safety Camera Programme - Four Year Report Evaluation Report, Dec 2005" (compiled by the group involved in the camera rollout) confirms it. The page I linked explains it in a simple way. Did you try to read and understand it? I don't believe you can remain with your stance unless you have.
