The word "on the ground" is that rotation will geologically rapid rather than "fast spin"... (There's no evidence of them ever rotating anything actually)

Well, they only need one camera.

If it was known that they had no active cameras at all, the housings could be safely ignored.

And hence too why so many do not wish to comply with Gov and print their camera / ticket results!

To rely on paranoia as a road safety policy shows just how badly they understand road safety.
