I was given a verbal NIP by the side of the road. The officer told me I would be reported to the CPS and gave me a producer.
I WAS going over the posted limit but had no idea by how much so I pleaded guilty. What should I have done to try and fight the prosecution and how could I have proven I wasn't going as fast as the officer said I was?
There were two of them in the car. Would they have had some form of tachograph read-out to prove their version of my speed? I presume they had no video evidence as I wasn't offered a viewing of any evidence there and then.

Since i got my 3 points i've been very careful not to get any more but i hope i'm not being too geriatric by assuming most of us on here are intelligent and experienced enough to know exactly what we are doing!. If we give em the opportunity to single us out from the others then we only have ourselves to blame. A vehicle won't do anything unless it is made to.

It seems to me that all you need do is ignore the camera shots after the hour that the workers knock off, until these blinds can be introduced everywhere they can be useful! "It's not rocket science" - to quote one regular poster on these forums! :lol:
