On my way home this evening I spotted a kid about 16-17 on a PAVEMENT on a full size QUAD BIKE - yep the chav get was riding a quad bike on a pavement.

Not only was this bad enough - it was outside a infants school at 3:25 - kiddies about second day back - you know where this is going...

So, I think what a complete a-hole, next thing I spot a fully liveried T5 - plod also spots chav and his quad. Pulls over and starts chatting, next thing he pulls off!!

I could not believe my eyes, how many offences was this oxygen stealer commiting and he clearly gets away with it! What is going in South Wales - that was so much of an easy tug a probie could have done it!

Well, the cops might have got a call to attend an armed robbery or something else pretty urgent and serious.

Fair enough but when he pulled off there was no sign of any blues and twos.

Just a quick reckoning on the offences... feel free to correct any that are wrong, or add any!

No Tax
No Insurance
No Helmet
No Plates
Dangerous Driving
Underage?
Unlicenced driver

I'm sure there are others. These are just the ones I'd expect to be filed.

Isn't driving on the pavement a crime in itself? I certainly know you're not supposed to, although maybe it just comes under the umbrella of something you already listed.

Tsk Tsk Ponty,

Don't you know that they don't have to wear a helmet!
:D

But seriously, I would have thought/hoped Paul has got it right. These quads are getting seized tag lag now for misuse in this kind of way. The Bib must have got another call, and hopefully were returning later to sort scrote.

Correct.
Owner commits 'permitting' offences also - often a good way of getting parents to take heed.
