I will be at Marylebone Magistrates court on the 18th and at Hertford Court on the 31st, each on unsigned NIP cases.

I'm using the Yorke v DPP case as my precedent as that one wasn't filled out by Yorke, but by his secretary, same as with me.

I already defeated Met Police at Marylebone court on two cases on 22nd January 2004. Actually I didn't defeat them, they withdrew all charges on the day, to avoid losing.

My comiserations to Idris Francis, I cannot understand how the Judges are going to "give their reasons later" - what are they going to do, make it up or something, that is a f#cking outrageous travesty of justice, the Court should be ashamed of themselves.
