Yup. You've got it right there.
I've spent a lot of time in Romania, and I'll be back there early next year - I'm driving a truck there in fact. Going to places like that, just makes you realise how rich we all really are. For example, for the past 2 years we've run an appeal for money to buy wood for Romania. £50 buys enough wood to keep a family warm through the winter. Their winters get down to about -20C.
In Yash (Iash) where I was last, all the hot water is supplied through massive pipes from various location in the city. So there are pipes running down a lot of the major highways, in the city. A lot of homeless children, actually live though the winter in drains, or in hollowed out spaces, under the pipes.
And really one can only think.... But for the grace of God, go I.....
