On the one hand I'm quite amused about this, as my dad is a bit of a crappy driver, but on the other hand he's family so I should probably help out and check here - on the 2nd febuary or thereabouts he was caught doing 51 at the Black Cat roadworks: are there any technicalities that he should be aware of, aside from PACE etc? (The NIP is not overdue, it went to my mum first as she is the registered keeper of his car - I only found out today otherwise of course I would have recommended a much slower response). I haven't driven there for a while since London to me is down the M11 or possibly A10, and there's very little other reason for me to be there: How are the signs and suchlike?
On the bright side, he has rather changed his attitude about the SCPs. Funny that

(and frankly, what kind of experienced driver is doing that sort of speed in a 40 limit on a dual carrigeway, you
know that there are going to be cameras there)
