I can't say I am opposed to tougher sentences for Twocers, whether they have killed or not but I do wonder how they expect to catch them :?

I suppose that in Northern Ireland there are a plethora of police personell with nothing to do at the moment so theres probably enough to deploy on traffic duties but here in Hampshie on any given night there is one (or if we are lucky two) traffic car on duty for the entire county.

In Basingstoke there are two mobile aptrols available for the asingstoke and deane area, one is kept in reserve at the station.

If I was a Twocer I would not be unduely worried by the press report, it was lacking the significant statement of how it will be policed.

Yes - a few years ago, and things have got worse since then, I spotted two youths having a competition to see who could do most damage to a shop window .Being close to the cop shop i thought i'd call in --- to find that for some months it had been on restricted hours.
Thought sod it - i'm not chasing round looking for them .
Next night was on second job as taxi driver , met a cop to find that total local force ( six of them ) had been attending a riot in a local pub.

Then once we finally get the person power - will they get the vehicle power - and then will they get permission to chase these yobs - or will aunty tonie and cronies say it's too dangerous ?/?

Me thinks sometimes that the eastern countries have the right approach - not too easy to drive with one or no hands ????
