Hi all, I have been sent the NIP, it arrived on time 49 in a 40, and dont have a major problem with that, but will not just bow down and accept it. So I have decided to make it tough and go the way of the pace statement. I have responded so far with just a letter asking for more evidence, but they (surprise) have ignored the letter. Now I intend to answer the NIP with the PACE statement, by supplying all the details they request under section 172 etc. But will also request again that they supply me with all their evidence against me. I will also send the completed request with NIP by recorded delivery. But thats where I seem to be drawing blanks, because I cannot seem to find a successfull case using this method or find the right moves to do next H..E..L..P

Get thee over to PePiPoo, who are much better geared up for your question. AFAICT, the PACE statement/letter strategy was developed on PePiPoo, and there's loads of info therin.

HTH,
