hi i was driving down weston road & as i approached crewe hall entrance i saw a suspicious touring motorbike parked tucked in the entrance.anyone know wether they have umarked bikes in crewe & if they would have been doing speed checks or anpr etc.i don't speed ,but i just like to know whats what.i get nervous driving these days theres that many cameras & how are you surposed to keep checking your speed that would cause an accident.

IF I'M DRIVING DOWN ANY ROAD DOING THE CORRECT SPEED,SEE A CAMERA & THINK OH MY GOD WAS I SPEEDING ,SOUNDS DAFT I KNOW, ANYONE ELSE GET LIKE THAT

You're not alone, and you already know that constant speedo monitoring is dangerous. I think you'll be amongst friends here.

Welcome!

With regard to your original question, sorry, I don't know the answer, but the camera equipment would have been visible from the road I would think.

Cheshire plod recently had an unmarked blue BMW fitted with a video camera, they used if to prowl the 'Cat and Fiddle'. It was only a couple of years ago so they probably still have it.

Problem is that even the marked camera bikes are not really distinguishable from ordinary bikes ( least not the way they are shown in Warks site ) as per the photo I put up some time ago from their site .
