Hi all,

In a spot of bother over totting up tickets.

Basically Ive totted up 4 tickets within the last 18 months...all for 35mph in 30mph, 46 in a 40mph etc.

I was summoned to court about 8 months ago and with a good solicitor got granted exceptional hardship.

Been concentrating like mad ever since but unbelievably got lasered on an approach to a dual carrigeway that was a 30mph...I was doing 41mph.

I am therefore now on 15 points and been summoned again.

Not sure if I will automatically get the minimum 6 month ban or if the magistrates at their discretion could impose a lesser ban with maybe a financial penalty.

Any feedback or similar experiences would be appreciated
