I heard about that on the TV this morning. For the more concerned and mature young driver I think its a pretty good idea - its almost (and I say almost) a garentee that they won't be out driving whilst jacked up with a car full of mates that they're trying to impress. Trouble is though, how long before the safety mafia gets hold of the idea and enforces it on all young drivers, similar to the system in New Zealand I think.
