Is it true that traffic offences in Scottish Law are "time barred" and you cannot be pursued after one year and a day from date of charge? |

How many years ago were the braking distances measured?
the same time as speed limits were implemented?
yes with draconian cars with very little safety in the car itself |

It certainly is a bad day for all drivers in the Highlands, The Northern Constabulary must have noticed the financial difference it makes in other regions that employ speed cameras. How much of the revenue obtained from drivers will be re-invested into improving the roads or re-invested into making ... |

In the interests of safety the A9 Perth to Inverness roads requires upgraded to 2 lane dual carriageway in both directions this would cut the number of fatalaties and make the road safer, although this would cost a lot of money to do but if it were to save one life it is my view that it would be wel... |

using the excuse that the workforce is at an added risk behind cones and reducing the limit by an extra 10mph is in my view a money making scheme.
To my recollection I can't remember reading or hearing about any roadworkers being involved in any accidents caused by speeding drivers |

recently I've noticed that the speed limits on roadworks have been reduced to "protect the workforce" in other words put a scamera on the road to make revenue. One site is the A8 roadworks at Gogarburn,Edinburgh I have been pictured driving at 40mph in the "reduced 30mph zone", although the offence ... |
