That's the title of a book I have got about half-way through. Written by a serving police inspector. Final line:

Beg a copy from someone.

On Wednesday, I arrived to find a police Dog Handler in the rear yard. His Dog was named Ralph.
Ralph was dressed in doggy boots, a yellow Kevlar doggy jacket and had a camera strapped to his collar. He looked miserable in his new kit.
Even the 21st Century Police Dog is now accountable, protected and highly visible.
Ralph looked ridiculous and from his expression, he felt the same way. Ralph is no longer allowed to bite violent or fleeing criminals in case they take him (or more accurately the Ruralshire Chief Constable) to the European Court of Human Rights
