no, he deliberately moved across to the left lane. i was actually in the middle of our side of the road behind him before the road splits into 2 lanes

Sounds to me that he probably didn't see you when he changed to the left hand lane and was preparing to go across the roundabout as would be expected when approaching a roundabout.

Just a normal driver that you come to expect when riding a bike :wink:

but i was expecting him to be turning left after all he was in the turn left filter lane.
