You'll be seeing little icons appear next to posters' names.

There are two sorts of icon. When there are two, the top one indicates those who have supported Safe Speed according to the following table:

Supporter (i.e., someone who made a donation, but less than a membership fee)

Member

Gold Member

Life Member

Friend of Safe Speed

The second icon is user supplied. If you have an small image hosted anywhere on the web, you can add an "avatar" to your user profile using the "Profile" button at the top of this page.

We are working on a system where you will be able to upload a small "avatar" image to our computers. This should be ready in a couple of days. I'll announce it, with instructions, when it's working.

If you have already donated or registered, and you don't have a "membership" or "supporter" icon, please let me know by email. If you would like to upgrade your membership (and hence your icon), contact me by email and we'll work something out.
