just saw this on London Today.
you couldn't make out the faces or anything, even from the camera 2 foot in front of it, and certainly not from a car on the road, you'll just see a black bit of paper-very effective that is!
bloke from roadpiss said about 4ksi and how that was horrible and people had to die to put something that would stop them blah blah blah. He didn't point out that even if the one third lie was true then 4ksi is so that they can say that someone has died due to excessive speed here, and therefore we need a camera to stop a repeat. thankfully having a go at the 4ksi was all he did, and their was nothing to say that speed cameras were a good idea, he just assumed that everyone thinks that

.
in the report the camera triggered a couple of times and the reporter mentioned that, the road was lightly trafficked and it's straight and 35 could easily be safe, and what's more
no one died due to people speeding
the report started with the reporter walking towards the speed camera, but when she reached the camera she stopped and went sideways to talk to the roadpiss guy. could this be as so to not show an obstructing sign?
all in all this scheme isn't that good, unless the plan was to slow everyone down to 1mph so they can read the size ten font and the passport size photos (might be a bit bigger, but still tiny)
