I think that's some Russian tunnel which is notorious for black ice.
I'm surprised that significant amounts of moisture could deposit itself in a tunnel.

All of those accidents were caused by inappropriate speed for the conditions!
That's a bit strong. In some cases that is at best a contributory factor
1) Although quick, the driver was being absolutely insane with the last millisecond lane change, their ensuing panic resulting with the loss of control - the classic pendulum swing. This would have been avoided if numpty had changed lanes far earlier (although I'm not a fan of large differential speeds)
2) Unless all 4 cars were at inappropriate speed, the crasher could not have been so (would not have been able to get past as all 3 lanes were in use).
3) Could well have been (but didn’t seem that fast), that could instead have been a mechanical problem.
4) Lane changer didn’t check behind until too late (although there was significant speed differential), then inadvertently cutoff the escape route of the follower
5) I still can't get my head around that one, the ‘other’ truck seemed to have gone into the collision facing the camera ?
6) Extremely poor lane change by the driver in front, no indication of excessive speed or differential. Seems to have been exacerbated by poor brake balance (too much rear) of the crasher
