I was reading today that a recent survey claims a 37% reduction in casualties if cars were fitted with speed limiters...the survey was commisioned by a company making speed limiters..

Als that pedestrian casualies would be reduced by 25% if the fronts of cars were made more pedestrian "friendly"..

If you added up all these and other wild claims together Mathematically do you end up with an infinitly small fatality rate or do you end up creating life...

I am going to lie down now....
