I saw this in a supermarket car park in France!
It advertises the owners business, which is painting peoples houses with photoperfect murals. The van had been handpainted - not digital printed and wrapped!

It got me thinking - what would you repaint on your car which reflected a hobby or profession?
I'm an engraver so it would have to be back to bare metal before engraving or etching a design on! But I COULD have one of my favourite photographs put on.

I reckon that yon van would be an absolute pig to spot on a rural road in midsummer!! :-)

Yes - watch out for rural SCPs queueing up to have their vehicles painted in a similar livery and then showing a photo of them in a car park and saying how distictive their SCP livery is and how completely impossible to miss their vans are

When I were a lad, there was a bloke lived us that had a Heinkel Bubble car that had been painted paisley pattern (in the same size pattern used on a tie!) in a totally professional way - he was a commercial artist AFAIK - it looked wonderful!

Have you got a higher res version? I'd like a closer look!

[Don't embed the high res in a forum post - link to it instead.]

Ta.

I've mailed you the "original" Paul! If you need it I have the original before enhancement.

Are you thinking of having your office done?

Got it thanks. It doesn't actually add as much as I hoped. I reckon the version you posted was well judged.

It's a good idea if posting pics on here VIA a "photshop" site to NOT include other pictures (of the family) in the same folder.

Right clicking on the picture and clicking on properties leads you to the URL....which can be edited to take you to the album.
Just a thought.

I do that often - but most of the pictures in that folder are on this or other forums :)
Anything I didn't want public would be hosted either on my other photo account or my website.

I've been sent a bit of code which stops bots from harvesting email addresses from websites - anyone care to put it to the test?
