Was wondering how its possible for anyone charged with speeding to actually get a fair trial these days?

If you think about it, its not happening is it?

Ordinary people are being prosecuted by a police force and cps that are part of the "partnerships" that benefit from every single fine they collect.
The magistrates that lord it over those of us who fight back are part of the "partnerships" also, again deriving a benefit from prosecuting large numbers of motorists for monetary gain.

How can a trial possible be "fair" when those who preside and prosecute are "in it" up to their corrupt necks? The conflict of interest is obvious.
Why hasnt this been picked up on?

EU HR law gives everyone the right to a fair trial, yet these tosspots are blatantly flouting such law. Time for a challenge.

I thought the challenge was under way in the Euro Courts.

The Idris Francis challenge was based on the the self incrimination aspect of the nips, not the fact that the judge, police and the criminal prosecution service are all getting paybacks from the camera fine system, hence the conflict of interest and an impossibilty of a fair trial should one elect to go that way.
Any trial conducted with the system in its present form is to my view inherently unfair as the main players all have a vested interest - money to keep themselves in their jobs and to keep themselves on the gravy train.

I think i've come to the conclusion PCN's, scamera fines etc etc are todays protection racket.

it may be corrupt government police and courts you're up against instead of mafia thugs but the execution is pretty much identical. here's a pretext which says you have to pay us some money or suffer the consequences.
