Calling user "speed kills"

Today you have posted:

I am one of the worst drivers (in my opinion), every day I give someone a bump or a nudge, userly just because its easier than using the horn, but I never have to look at my speedo, especialy not in a school zone.

I don't believe you pal. I've set your user status to "Troll Alert!"

You may not give a damn about road safety. You may not give a damn about the truth. Most of us here care about both.

If you carry on like this I will ban you for trolling.

Dont get your knickers in a bunch, mate.

Like I said im not the best driver on the road, probably one of the worst.

The point was that although I drive like a pig I dont need to keep on staring at the speedo, to know im under the limit.

I dont even notice most times if someone is up my a$$, but if i do, sure i will drop the anchors on him, if im lucky i can make a few quid.

Common sense really. What do you care, you dont like me and you dont like tailgaters.

I dont care if im the troll here, someone has to keep up the other side, or it will be pretty boring dont you think. (Look at where ive posted, then look at the number of posts)

As to the other point, I swear I have a bump almost every day I go out, yet I cant remember the last time I had an accident and no one ever seems to want to get out and talk. Maybe you dont drive round london much.

As Paul lives in Ross-shire, I dare say he doesn't. No worries, when I get down to the Smoke I'll recognise your car as the one with a dent in every corner.

If you are a glowing example of the opposition to this forum we have nothing to fear because we are about improving road safety and it is clear from your posts that you are not.

Your driving style is one reason why most people on this forum would like a return to proper Traffic police on our roads instead of the current moves towards over reliance on speed cameras.

For the last year and a half I've been driving in London once a week on average, in a larger than average car. Number of bumps - 0. I'm certainly no super advanced driver with impeccable car control skills and the ability to read the minds of other drivers around me in order to get out of their way before they do something stupid. So if I can manage to negotiate the roads of London on a regular basis without coming into contact with other vehicles, it can't be that difficult to achieve.

Thank goodness I live in Cumbria ...Please leave your car at home if you come up here ... I happen to like my neighbours and love my family.

You would probably end up one of the ones I end up spending some of my valuable free time trying to find when they get lost on the fells too

Oh ... for IG's brother to nab you!

On second thoughts ... come to Blackpool. My wife's hero from another site will surely get you there - and then again ... there is a forest a zero-toleranced Gatsos. Yes.... second thoughts ... come to Blackpool and I might even pat the Lancs Prats on the back for getting rid of you!

Do that here sunshine and I will make sure my colleagues in A&E use the biggest needles, and forget to use a loco on you!

Safe driving means keeping a safe distance....

 Go to Germany .... they would lock you up and throw away the key for this!

Oops, anoyed someone again.

I sometimes get the feeling im not wanted .

An honest point though, how many people here are from london?

Im sure its the motorists down here that give everyone a bad name, maybe its why there are so many of your lovely speed cameras.

I have to drive round it all day, I hate the bloody road, I bet all the MPs that work down here pretty much feel the same. No wonder they hate the road, if you see what goes on on it here, you can sit in a queue for hours, and find its just because selfish bastards, are using the wrong lane then pulling into their turn off lane at the last inch, holding up both lanes of trafic. Or what got this started, tailgating, and other agressive driving. No one here is admitting to it , but I find the worst culprits are the "i want to go faster" , "my needs are more important than everyone else" " I can jump to the front of the queue" idiots. The more they do these things, the more laws there will be against the motorist.

Following on from this, is that there are too many people going too fast, this is dangerous to everyone else on the road, so people support and want road cameras, and MPs will put them in.

I'm a Londoner. I drove in London every day (ish) for 17 years before I moved to North Scotland in 1990.

My opinions of traffic and road safety have been refined by my work, but haven't been changed by my move.

Is this rather than the " i nudged the rear end and he fliped right round in the road, where I left him." idiots

or the "I give someone a bump or a nudge, userly just because its easier than using the horn" idiots

I was driving west on the north circular heading for the A40 junction There was a standing wave as the column of cars speeded up and then slowed down for the cameras then speeded up again...Great fun.

Its the people that give Londoners a bad name... The cars are just a logical extention.
