Just seen this on the Whitehaven News website:

It's a bit like Mr. Tea's "...we're nearly at our 2009 target"! satement...

...only the other way round...

Still, I guess that must make the rest of Cumbria a pretty darned safe place!

Interestingly, they're going to try more conventional means of policing. I wonder if the penny might have dropped????
