I have made my reply to the people at Penrith a few days ago and I have received a "FINAL WARNING LETTER" today saying that they have not received my reply,
Should I just assume that it is a cross over of posts or should I contact them and ask about this?
I have read some posts about not ringing them!!

What should I do?

Pat

Pat. I am sure it is a cross over, however you might want to reply by recorded delivery refering them to your earlier letter and point out the erattic mail due to postal strikes at this time. You could give them the same information all over again if you wish. keep a copy of everything you send.

You are dealing with a slippery eel. Take care!

If you have proof of posting ignore thier letter

I have just noticed........
The letter is dated the 30th and it says...

"FAILURE TO COMPLY WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS LETTER WILL RESULT IN THE MATTER BEING DEALT WITH BY WAY OF SUMMONS"

It is the third today so my time is already up!!!!!

I haven't got time to do anything now!!!

I wonder if that is the same one who in her witness statement stated that my Pepipoo 172 response letter was a letter in which I admitted I was speeding? 8-)
I showed the usher the letter - a copy of which they attached, and asked if he could show me where it said I admitted speeding... but he could not!
