:? Can anybody help me? Received NIP from driver facing camera which flashed, blurring vision, are these legal?

I can only assume the camera was on of these:

Yes, the forward flash of these are legal, but that doesn't make it right!

I reckon it is possible for a person, who was unlucky enough to look straight at the camera the, to be well and truly blinded when in relative darkness; thus totally compromising their hazard recognition performance.
One would have the choice between continuing on in the hope there are no new hazards, or stopping in the hope that following driver's gaze isn't transfixed on their speedo or blinded by the same flash.

There is a 3rd choice....reverse up and run the camera over :lol:
