Is this a rare event, or typical of the youth of today?

It seems that yobbish behavior and dangerously stupid behavior on the road are not just getting worse, but is being fuelled by mobile phone cameras and YouTube!

I had not realised the scale of the problem until I was doing a search for the Barrow in Furness Bus Station Chewits advert.

I hope that those who wanted speed limits on the Ulverston to Barrow coast road take a look and see what happens to existing limits, and see the futility of this approach.
Finally here is an example of the sort of behaviour some will get up to for their five minutes of fame on YouTube.
he clearly is nervous, but bravado finally wins out.

"Nowt to worry about Reece" "You only live once mate - go on!" yes indeed!

Some mate!

"tractor racing"
There can't be too many chav reactor drivers in that area. He risks the police tracking him down and doing him for use of hand-held equipment while driving

"154mph down coast road"
Pity that f*ckwit can't be traced.

"scooby cudnt keep up!!"
Perhaps he didn't want to drive like a dangerous 2@?

The tragic thing is, that these drivers are causing the problems, that cause the public to call for stupid responses to try and combat their idiocy!
Yet they are the least likely to be caught by camera, and require real intelligence lead policing!

Yeah but hey gents, I think you're forgetting where the REAL danger lies! They need to get out there and bust a few more vicars and district nurses for doing 35 in a 30 - THEN and ONLY THEN will our roads be safe!
