Latest news today - Rospa et all (sorry no source except Smooth Radio reports ) that CPS were looking to charge drivers on mobiles/hands free /using sat nav with "DD" ,AND LOOKING AT 2 YEARS IN CLINK "


The proof was "EVIDENCE SUGGESTS THAT MOBILE USE IS EQUAL TO DRINK DRIVING".

"EVIDENCE SUGGESTS "---what no proOf ---JUST SUGGESTS , WHAT NOW , JO BLOGGS SEES AND IT'S NOW LAW.

There was a lot on this on the "Today" programme on Radio 4 this morning. At one point the presenter was saying things like "...EVEN sending a text message whilst driving could put you in jail..."

"EVEN"?????!!!!!

Surely I misheard?!

He made it sound like texting and driving was bad enough but having a phone conversation was worse!
