and cuddly teddy bears all look "similar" on one of those awful passport photos after all.
But the problem facing us because of this sort of crime is the one which means biometric "all yer data" cards which we have to fork out for and still no guarantee of personal safety and privacy given the cavalier or even chavalier attitude the government bodies seem to have as regards safe-keeping of such data.

But even with this biometirc doo-dah.. they'd still "pussy foot" around some out of pee-cee fear of being accused of not being pee-cee.

But given the serious nature of this fraud and the danger of substandard - seriously substandard - drivers being out there as a result of this.. the sentence handed down is paltry.
The article does not say if the drivers who benefited and who are driving unlicenced have been rounded up and brought to account though.
