GATSOs can't be used for front-facing prosecutions. If I were you I'd me making some serious complaints to the local SCP about this as the flash could well have caused an accident.

You've already got six pioints and you're travelling around at 37 mph in a 30?

All drivers speed (even you by your own admission, and I bet that includes 37 in a 30 at times, e.g. when going from a stupid overextended 30 to a NSL). Pretending otherwise doesn't change it. I don't think he should give up driving just because he's already been a victim of cameras (assuming the 6 points weren't for something like no insurance, in which case I have less sympathy).

And besides, he doesn't need people hypocritically getting on their high horses, he needs advice.

Give up driving?!?!? Where do I suggest that!

If every time I say "I think people should not exceed the speed limit" you red it as "I think people should stop driving" no wonder you're so confused!

Well, immediately stop driving around at 37 in 30 limits would be a good bit of advice I reckon, before he gets another one.

But as I said, all drivers speed. So by suggesting he doesn't speed, you're suggesting that he doesn't drive, because that's the only way in practice that he's going to avoid speeding completely.

You really don't read things very carefully do you? Or is it deliberate? No-one else seems to have problems understanding what I've written. Either way, I'm not the one who's confused.

Well, there you go, I didn't realise.

I'm off to get everybody's car keys then, see you later.

Last time I got front flashed by a Gatso ,was totally amazed by reaction from Plod - especially when safety and local press mentioned - seems they don't like any doubts cast in local press on performance issues for local solicitors to pick up on to reduce their profits.

And the Scamera Partnerships seem not to give a damn about the effect of high power flashes going off in the faces of cyclists, pedestrians, etc. :x

Oh they do - but it's only because they don't have any way of ID'ing them so that they can send out a cash demand in case any one of them is stupid enough to pay it

Very funny, Weepej. I know of one one cyclist this happened to. Poor old chap did fall off his bike. (One is far too many in my opinion)

And what about people who suffer from a photoensitivity condition like my wife who was effected by a GATSO flash directly in her eyes?

Weepej, you ARE a troll. Why do you not go away and find some other forum to bombard with your nonsense?

Are there no websites set up to prevent suicide that you could disrupt? No websites for people suffering from various ailments that you could upset?

My God. If you are the standard of person who promote the speed camera industry... :x
